This Refund Policy explains how refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled for transactions on nudes.fyi. It applies to both (1) voluntary tips/donations and (2) paid digital goods or digital services.

Donations / Tips (Digital Gratuities)

nudes.fyi may provide a way for supporters to send voluntary tips/donations ("digital gratuities") to creators.

1) No Refunds

All tips and donations are final and non-refundable once submitted. These payments are treated as voluntary digital gratuities intended to support a creator and are not the purchase of a refundable product or service.

2) Not a Purchase / No Guaranteed Delivery

A tip/donation:

• is not a purchase of specific goods or services;
• may or may not be associated with creator content;
• does not guarantee delivery, interaction, or any specific outcome/benefit;
• may relate to adult-oriented creator content depending on the creator.

3) Unauthorized or Mistaken Payments

If you believe a donation was unauthorized or made in error, contact us immediately through the contact information available on our website. We may request details such as timestamps, transaction identifiers, and technical metadata (for example: IP address and browser details) to investigate.

Payments (Digital Goods & Digital Services)

This section applies to purchases made through nudes.fyi for digital goods and digital services, including (but not limited to) marketing services, consulting, strategy, digital downloads, and other electronically delivered services.

1) All Sales Final (No Refunds)

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital goods or digital services once a payment is processed. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are buying digitally delivered goods/services that are not eligible for refunds.

2) Delivery & Fulfillment

Digital goods may be delivered via download link, email, account access, or another electronic method. Digital services may be fulfilled through work performed, access granted, deliverables provided, strategy/marketing execution, communication, or other electronically coordinated fulfillment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on scope and workload.

3) Access / Delivery Issues

If you experience a problem receiving a deliverable or accessing a digital product/service, contact us. We will work to resolve delivery/access issues (for example: re-sending access, correcting delivery, or providing technical support where applicable). Resolving an access issue does not change the "all sales final" nature of the purchase.

Chargebacks & Disputes (Applies to All Transactions)

Chargebacks and disputes are handled by your bank/payment provider under their process. We may submit relevant transaction records, confirmations, delivery/access logs, timestamps, and technical metadata to respond to disputes and investigate fraud.

Excessive, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions from future use of nudes.fyi services.
